The Card Services section manages and directs the State's Purchasing Card (PCard) and Travel Card Programs.

The PCard Program is designed to provide a cost-efficient method to pay for goods and non-professional services authorized by the State of Alabama.

The Travel Card Program is used in conjunction with the state's Concur Travel system and is to be used for travel services and expenses related to out of state or qualifying instate actual travel events.

 

 

 

Cardholder Video Training Series

Each of these videos will need to be viewed in its entirety in order to apply for a PCard or Travel Card. Please allow 2-3 business days for your card to come in once your application has been approved.  Delays could occur if information is needed from your agency.

NOTE:  These videos are monitored to make sure the content is being viewed properly.  If it appears that they are not being viewed in full, the agency administrator will be contacted.  If the quiz results show more than one missed answer, the video will need to be viewed again for credit.
